Description
The Beijing Symphony Orchestra (BSO), which was founded in October of 1977. The BSO is one of the most well known orchestras in present day China.Maestro Tan Lihua is the orchestra's current Music Director and Principal Conductor.

Li Delun and Huang Feili, who have built their reputation as the most sought after maestros in China, are invited to be its advisers. It is their patient advice, which has helped the BSO make such rapid progress.

Being the symphony orchestra of the state's capitol, the BSO has many musicians of great artistic attainments. Many of which have received awards in many competitions. During the long period of performing activities, the BSO has gained approval and praises from audience owing to its deep artistic accomplishment, wide range of performances, and unique Chinese style. It has now become one of the most popular orchestras within the nation.
